It has been designed to provide flexible accommodation for groups from 2 to 12 people and has a private pool and several terraces on different levels. With views of the sea and the main beach, the villa is only a 10 minute walk to the town. To the west is the quaint fishing village of Burgau.
The villa has two apartments on the ground floor and a luxury penthouse apartment above. There is a detached studio apartment.
This layout is suitable for large groups or 2-3 families wishing to holiday together yet have a degree of privacy with each apartment having it's own bathroom, kitchen and lounge.

In July and August the villa is rented as a whole whilst at other times you have the flexibility of renting what you need whilst maintaining privacy with no guests other than your own party.
It is tastefully decorated and furnished, with very well equipped kitchens with fridge freezers, automatic washing machines or dish washers, microwaves and cookers and hobs. Each lounge has limited satellite television. Whilst each apartment has it's own private terrace the 10 metre pool is set to the rear of the villa and is accessed from the entrance hallway.
Each apartment has details of local bars, restaurants, amenities and places of interest. Hairdryers, plug in mosquito repellents, books and a range of games are provided in each apartment.
